Rock...The Language of Da Swamp!
People ask me all of the time "Gator, why do you drink?" and "Why do you roll smoke?" Well, actually they don't ask me that, they ask Hank Williams Jr. those questions. But they do ask me, "Why do you write?"
Well, let the gator tell ya. I don't write fer the money. The only time I'll ever be close to money is if I die and they make me into a gator skinned wallet.
But why do I write? Because I love music! I always have. I love to listen to music and write about it. I love to be read by people who love music like I do. Rock and roll will never die as long as there are rock fans around like you and I. We can't get enough of it. I encourage people to write to me. I'll be more than happy to respond to your emails. We're all about the music here at The Music Hotwire , we are people (or gators) just like you, who love rock and metal just like you. This gator won't lie to ya, if I say it rocks, chances are I've been banging my head off of a wall to it. I'm doing the best I can, surfing the net to find you the best music to write about. And it's not easy for a gator to surf, I keep fallin' off this lil' mouse.
But, it's out there. Don't let people tell ya rock is dead. The music industry may be illin' but music itself is alive and well, loud and proud. Every town in every state in The U.S. and every town in every country has hot bands. They love music and they won't let it die. There are bands out there playin' every kind of rock ya like. It doesn't matter if you are a death metaler, a thrasher, a punk, an old school classic rocker........whatever ya like.....someone is playin' it and playin' it loud. WE ARE ROCK.
Music can be everything. It can be the soundtrack of your life. It can be the motivator to get the hell off of yer ass and do something, if it's the right music at the right volume. Rock is the juice that gets the ol' adrenlin flowin'. It makes the beer colder and the women hotter. It makes the swamp bearable. It is, my friends,......the language of Da Swamp!!!
