The First Queen of Heavy Metal is Back!

em>"Went to a party last Saturday night
I didn't get laid, I got in a fight, uh-huh
It ain't no big thing"

Oh, yeah!! Those lyrics are outright classic!! Ah Lita Ford. The first Queen of Heavy Metal. The magical duet "Close My Eyes Forever" with Ozzy. The hot MTV videos! It's been twenty years since these tunes came rocking off of the CD Lita.

Ex-guitar player of The Runaways, which she joined at seventeen, Lita accomplished so much, so young in rock. Then….just disappeared. Now, she's back!

Lita enjoyed the domesticated life with her husband Jim Gillette, who was lead singer for the rock band Nitro. He produced it and sang background vocals in the studio in their Carribean Island home. They have two sons.

For Lita, it's her second marriage. Her first husband was W.A.S.P. guitarist Chris Holmes. She was also once engaged to Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi. Ah...yes....she loves her music and men, the same way....METAL.

Her first CD in fifteen years, Wicked Wonderland, is getting awesome reviews. She's hitting the road with Queensrÿche. There's even a movie coming out about on The Runaways.

Things are happening fast once again. The rise was quick the first time around, then she just stepped away. Now, after being secluded with her family on a Carribean Island, the desire to rock is back….and greater than ever. Lita explodes with her hardest and sexiest effort yet.

The music has more thunder than ever. There's a bluesy slide guitar that explodes on "Scream." "Everything" is psychedelic. The nasty, but nice, "Crave." She cuts loose on "Piece" (Hell Yeah).

Timing is just right for this CD. Once, the lone chic in a man's metal world, music has now been successfully integrated by hot talented female vocalist like Julie of Hydrogyn, Veronica of Benedictum, and Lizzy Hale from Halestorm. This time around, Lita is traveling the indie route. The CD is on her own label JLRG Entertainment.

Time has certainly been a friend to Lita. She is still a sex kitten. Sexier than ever, her lyrics and vocals are, too. Her voice is sensually seductive and the lyrics are even a tad suggestive. And the melodies, well, there's a few that will get yer pelvis pumping. How can Alligator Jackson resist a lyric like "I love the way you look when I'm down on my knees." I mean, when it is sung by a woman, and definitely one as provocative as Lita Ford. Come to think of it, that lyric may just rank up there with

"Went to a party last Saturday night
I didn't get laid I got in a fight uh-huh
It ain't no big thing "

Lita always did know how to tease the fellas. Hey Britney, take notice, this is how you arouse guys through music. Plus, it never hurts to be able to play a mean guitar, as well.
